Withdrawals
Withdrawals can be made via direct bank transfer or crypto – currency on the cashier.
Withdrawals are processed from Monday – Friday between 10am and 4pm, typically they take between 30
minutes and 4 hours to land, we try our best always to get them same day but cannot guarantee.
Unfortunately, right now we cannot oCer weekend withdrawals.
Open Banking / Instant Banking
The most common issue with Open Banking is a security check from your bank, it’s extremely common for
banks to stop transactions to check that it is you making them, more often than not, a reply to a text
message or in-app notification, and occasionally a phone call from the bank confirming It’s a legitimate
transaction solves the issue. Please get in touch if this doesn’t solve the issue.
Debit & Credit Card
As the primary currency for our site is EURO, if you use a diCerent currency to deposit in your bank may
apply an currency conversion fee, this is usually a fixed fee and can vary between €2 and €20 euro, we do
not charge any fee’s ourselves.
Please ensure your customer information, address, postcode and name is matching to your credit or debit
card, otherwise it’s highly likely the transaction will fail.
Crypto - Currency
Currently our Crypto – Currency cashier option is oCline, we apologise for the problem and expect it to be
back online shortly. In the meantime please contact your VIP or Account manager to arrange for a manual
deposit or withdrawal.
